Add Acuity Scheduling contacts to your Benchmark Email list(s)

With our Acuity Scheduling integration, you can automatically add contacts to a Benchmark Email list. Create and automate customer journeys from the moment an appointment is made and a contact is added to your list. Available free with every Benchmark account.

How to Integrate:

  1. Log into Benchmark Email
  2. Select Integration from the User Menu at the top-right of the page
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select View More
  4. Go to the Acuity Scheduling integration option
  5. Login to your Acuity Scheduling account on their website
  6. Go to the Business Settings in the left-hand menu and select Integrations
  7. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click to View your API credentials
  8. Copy & paste the user ID into the Username section in your Benchmark account and the API Key into the password section where prompted
  9. Select the list (or create a new one) to which you would like to add contacts and click Save & Next
  10. Map Acuity Scheduling Fields according to the data fields in your Benchmark Email list
  11. Click Save & Next
