FreshBooks Integration for Benchmark Email

Import your FreshBooks contacts to your Benchmark account.

With our FreshBooks integration, you can integrate your FreshBooks CRM records with your Benchmark account. A simple solution to start sending email marketing campaigns to the contacts you’ve already established with FreshBooks.

Requirements:

  • Benchmark Email Account (works with Free Trial)
  • FreshBooks Account

How to Integrate:

  • No download necessary
  • Easier than adding Salesforce contacts to your Benchmark account manually
  • No setup in Salesforce required

How to Integrate:

  • Log into your Benchmark account
  • Hover your cursor over your first name located at the top right
  • Select Integration from the drop-down menu
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and click View More.
  • Then select the FreshBooks icon.
  • You will then be prompted to the Connect to FreshBooks page. Click on the FreshBooks logo.
  • Log in to your FreshBooks account.
  • A Connect to BenchmarkInt page will appear. Click on Allow Access.
  • On the Configure data from FreshBooks page, Select the FreshBooks Role and the Benchmark List and click Save & Next.
  • Select and match the fields to be mapped, and click Save & Next.
  • Select Go to My Lists to view your list or Import Another to import another list.

Note:

  • You can Create New List or Add Contacts to a List.
  • Select the Import Contacts from a File option. Hit SAVE & ADD CONTACTS. If you picked Add Contacts to a List, you will check the box of the list you want to add to and click SAVE & NEXT.
  • Click the underlined text in the bullet point that reads “Click here if you with to import contacts from...”
  • Select FreshBooks and hit IMPORT LIST.
